palakura tharugu - 2 cups
thotakura tharugu - 1 cup
bachali kura tharugu - 1 cup
pudina tharugu - 1/2 cup
kothimeera tharugu - 1 cup
ponnaganti aku - 1/2 cup
karivepaku tharugu - 1/4 cup
senaga pindi - 3 cups
pachi mirchi - 5 ,( podugga tharagali )
vulli payalu - 3 ( podugga tharagali )
vamu - 1/4 chencha
vuppu - thaginantha
menthikura tharugu - 1/4 cup
noone - veyinchadaniki saripada

tharigina aku kuralannintinee oka ginne loki theesukovali ..ippudu noone thappa migilina padarthalannee cherchi neellatho pakodi pindilaa kalipi pettukovali ..poyyi veliginchi banali lo noone vedi cheyali ..andulonchi chenchaa noone theesukoni pakodi pindiki cherchi marosari kalipi noonelo pakodilla vesukovali..bangaru ranguloki vachaka theeseyyali..

KITCHEN TIPS

1 . in telugu - soop chikkaga ,ruchiga ravalante ,vudikinchina bangala dumpanu cherchi chudandi

4 . telugu  - carot ,donda kayalanu rendu chivarlu kosi ,frizz lo vunchithe ekkuva rojulu nilva untay..

cut the two edges of carot and donda ,then preserve in frizz..,will be fresh for many days..

5 . telugu - bread podi andubatulo lenapudu ,biscuit ,cornflakes podi vadukovachu

we may use biscuit and cornflakes powder instead of bread powder

6 . telugu  - oka seesalo sagam daka neellu nimpi 3 chenchala ammonia ,1 chencha venigor kalipi ,baga kalapali ,..ee neetini kitikeelapai challi ,podi battatho thudisthe marakalu pothayi..

take 1/2 bottle water ,add 3 spoons of ammonia and 1 spoon of venigor ,mix well ..,then sprinkle on the windows ..,clean with dry cloth...,removes scratches

7 . telugu - kakara kaya mukkalani araganta sepu neellalo vunchi aa tharvatha veyisthe ,chedu thaggi ,koora ruchiga vuntundi ,mukkaloo thvaraga veguthayi..

soak the bitter gourd pieces in the water for 1/2 an hour ..,then fry them..,the bitterness will be reduced and gets fry quikly..

8 . telugu - charmam pai vedi padarthalu padithe ..neetitho kadigi aa ventane vaseline rayali.

KHARJURA LADDU

kharjuralu - 100 gm
nuvvulu - 1/2 cup
verusenagalu ( palli ) - 1/2 cup
honey - 1 spoon

munduga ginjalu theesesina kharjuralanu mixi lo vesi mettaga chesukovali . tharvatha vidi vidi ga nuvvulu ,verusenagalanu mettaga podi chesukovali .ippudu ginnelo kharjurala mishramam theesukoni andulo nuvvulu ,verusenagala podi vesi ,chapathi pindilaga baga kalupukovali...chivariga koddiga honey vesi chinnachinna vundallaa chuttukonte kharjura laddu siddham ainatle. sugar avasaram lekunda thayaruchese e ladlu entho ruchiga vuntayi..varam daka nilva vuntayi..
